That .gif (of what I think is a char siu bun) comes from https://rotatingsandwiches.com/, which hosts many fine spinning sandwiches, including bánh mì and a chopped cheese, and was created by @IpadLauren from Twitter.
I really wish I would have found this sooner. Think of all the awesome collaborations that I missed out on!
